Enter through the street door; workshop seating is limited so please keep companions to a minimum during busy intake. Bikes can rest on the indoor rack while we write the job card. Payment notes and estimated ready times are shared before work starts.

Transit and cycling both work. If you arrive by car, use short-stay street spaces and move after drop-off when possible. For large cargo bikes, message us so we clear a wider lane inside.

Accessibility: the intake counter is near the door; the rear bench has a step. Ask if you need the quieter front stool during consultation. We are glad to meet mid-week when the room is calmer.
